So my aunt has requested me to take black and white photos of meaningful places around Mississippi to hang up in her house and office. Casey and I had a blast at our first town stop in Meridian. We took several pictures, and I wish I could post all of them, but sadly, I have to choose a select few. I'll be keeping you posted on all our Mississippi stops. I've enjoyed revisiting places I went to as a child, and also visiting and learning about places I've never been before.

HELLO SUMMER!

This summer is going to be a journey down untrodden paths. I'm excited about all the fun unexplored territory these paths entail. "Laziness" will not be a term associated with this summer..."easy", maybe..."nostalgic", definitely..."carefree", hopefully.

So, I'm walking around in my new TOMS today...yep they are as spectacular as I had imagined they would be. My feet just look so happy. The day may be filled with spontaneous jigs.

Growing me some yummy strawberries this summer...although my thumb has never been "green", hopefully these babies will see how hard I'm trying to grow them.




















No red beauties yet, but soon to come. I have faith.

Hey! So today has been a great/overly busy day... I won two architecture awards at the architecture recognition ceremony...including a first place prize of 1000 dollars to spend on architectural travel! I've been blown away by so much today. My parents and little bro came up to see me, which always lifts me up. I WILL make it through this last week of school.

I just ordered a new pair of TOMS...i fell in love at first sight















I can't wait for them to come in..it will be a glorious day indeed.

oooh...also i was asked to make 5 headbands for a friend of a friend...i will post pics of those when finished! :)
